DOCTORAL STUDENT IN PSYCHOLINGUISTICS/NEUROLINGUISTICS	I'm a Ph.D. student in the Dpt. of Linguistics (& associated researcher in the Brain & Language Lab in the Dpt. of Neuroscience) at Georgetown University. My major area of research is language development in healthy kids and kids w/ developmental disorders

TEACHING/RESEARCH ASSISTANT & LECTURER	I've served as a teaching/research assistant to many professors and have taught Child Language Development at GU. I've given numerous conference talks & led many workshops around the globe in theoretical linguistics, psycho- and neurolinguistics.

PHONOLOGY COACHING CONSULTANT	In my last semester of grad school, I ended up in Panama where I was a consultant for a couple of language centers, developing, leading, and monitoring phonology coaching (accent modification) at various US and Panamanian companies

ENGLISH LANGUAGE INSTRUCTOR & TRAINER	I have taught General and Business English, English for International Tourism, and English for Aviation at many education centers and linguistic institutions in Europe, Mexico, and Central America. I have also led many teacher training workshops in Panama.

AVID TRAVELER & AIRLINE/AIRFARE BUFF	As a hobby, I do research & collect material & data & teach people how to find (the) cheap(est) airfares - inspired by my obssession w/ traveling, collecting miles, Flyertalk & Kayak communities, and Charles McCool's book and workshop on "the airfare game.

I support Continental/Copa Airlines (and the entire SkyTeam network, e.g., Northwest, Delta, AirFrance, KLM, Aeromexico, etc.)	Current SILVER SkyTeam Elite (thru Continental); SILVER StarAliance (thru Lufthansa) for 4 consecutive yrs, but stopped flying ALL Star carriers in 05 due to their (changed) crappy mileage award system - GOODBYE Lufthansa, United, Austrian, US Air, etc.
